Emily Blanchard Zega

MASTER TEACHER TRAINER, THE DAILEY METHOD

Emily Blanchard Zega has been an instructor with the Dailey Method Chicago since 2011, and serves the Franchise as the Master Teacher Trainer for the Midwest and East Coast regions.
She began taking classes at The Dailey Method in 2010 and fell in love with the strength she gained both inside and out. She has taught at numerous Dailey Method Studios including Chicago, La Grange, Lake Forest, Northbrook, North Shore, and Birmingham. Emily leads the continuing education workshops and new instructor trainings for the Chicago studios.

Emily began her journey of fitness as a dancer. She began dancing at a young age and later graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in dance with focus in Biology and Kinesiology. Emily has performed on Holland America Cruise Line and is a former member of the Radio City Rockettes, where she performed for 8 consecutive seasons. During that time she was honored to represent the Rockettes on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars and The Life Ball in Vienna, Austria. Her love and passion for dance translates into her love of fitness and health. Emily holds a 200 hour yoga alliance certification and is a certified personal trainer, with additional certifications in corrective exercise and Pilates mat. Teaching has now become Emily’s main focus. She takes great pride in sharing her knowledge and love for fitness with her students. Incorporating her dance background, she creates a mindful, focused, yet fun and creative class.
